Services
Non-medical Support Designed Around Your Routine
Every client receives a written service plan that identifies the approved tasks, schedule, preferences, and fees. Services are provided only within NextStep’s Florida homemaker and companion registration.
What we provide
Companionship and Homemaker Support
-
Companion services
Conversation, reading, games, hobbies, social engagement, accompaniment on approved outings, help with correspondence, and verbal reminders for appointments, meals, and self-administered medication schedules.
-
Homemaker services
Light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, meal planning and preparation, grocery shopping, approved errands, and a comfortable everyday living environment.
-
Support for family caregivers
Scheduled companion visits can give a family caregiver time for other responsibilities while the client receives approved non-medical companionship and homemaker support.
