Do you provide personal care or nursing?
No. NextStep does not provide bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, medication administration, nursing, clinical assessment, or medical treatment.
Who do you serve?
We serve adults in Broward County whose requested services fit Florida homemaker and companion scope. We are not limited to serving older adults.
How do I receive pricing information?
Contact NextStep for a consultation. Applicable fees and payment terms are reviewed privately and documented in the signed service agreement before services begin.
Can a professional refer someone?
Yes. Case managers, social workers, discharge teams, community organizations, and other professionals may use the Refer a Client page with the client’s or authorized representative’s permission.
Does submitting a form start services?
No. We first confirm scope, availability, scheduling, and the signed service documents.
